Rental Information
High Note is the private farm of the Marstiller family and is operated as a commercial llama farm. It comprises approximately twenty acres and is located within a residential neighborhood. The barns, pastures, and pond create a serene, attractive and secluded setting, which is unique in character. The farm provides a superb setting and is occasionaslly available for use on a very limited basis. It is only available for private functions and we prefer the use of professional event management, and is available for use on a limited basis. Please remember that High Note exists for the purpose of raising llamas, which may at times place constraints upon its availability. The capacity of High Note may vary depending upon the specific requirements of the event. Rental of High Note includes the site only. Please note that except for the bathrooms, the barns are
unheated. If the space under roof (approx 4,200 sq.ft.) is insufficient for the event, a tent may be erected on the grounds by an outside vendor at an additional charge.

Deposit
A refundable cleaning /damage deposit is required with all rentals. This deposit is returned after the event, provided no damage is found, no excessive cleaning is necessary, and all the rental guidelines have been met.
Reservations
A date may be booked and held for 7 days without cost. After that, the date will only be held upon receipt of a signed contract, the cleaning/damage deposit, and one-half of the rental fee. Full payment of the fee is required 30 days prior to event date.
Cancellations
If it becomes necessary to cancel the event, a full refund will be given, provided written notification has been received 90 days prior to event date. Should the cancellation notification occur within 90 days of the event date, only the damage/ cleaning deposit will be refunded.
