Llamas

Baby LlamaHigh Note Llamas was born during a Wyoming fishing trip in the early eighties when we met our first pack llama. Prices then forced us to search extensively nationwide just to purchase a pet male. Our “just one for fun” attitude proved no match against the pleasure of watching crias romp in the pasture, and our herd grew… and grew, and has become the high note in our life.

We are operating a herd of approximately 30 animals. We have North American, Chilean, and Bolivian blood lines. Light wool to heavy wool in all colors. Our llamas are used for showing, packing, fiber production, cart pulling, and family pets. Our herd reflects the quality of a long-term involvement and all of our llamas are healthy sold with a guarantee. High Note's focus is breeding, sales, and training

If you have some interest in learning about or acquiring a llama, please feel free to contact us. We anticipate that most new buyers feel somewhat uncomfortable trying to make the right decision, so we try to provide as much information and help as possible. You are very welcome to call up just to chat. Or far better, come by the farm for a nose to nose, just tell us when you'd like to visit, and we'll go out right now into the pasture and tell all the llamas that you're on your way.
